2004 Volkswagen jetta 1.8T for $2200?

I am looking to for my sisters first car. The only real requirements are that it be automatic, and for about $1500-$2000. I was looking on craigslist private sellers, and only finding junk. Then today I looked in dealers, and found this great looking jetta (she loves vws) for so cheap. Is it too good to be true? What do you think?
