Should i be pissed i broke up with my gf and what should i do?

i broke up with my 3 yr relationship gf because she 21 and she doesn't have a job or a drivers license she doesn't go to college and she depends on her parents for everything and to top it all off she has no self confidence and i have been a prince to her have put everything into our relationship and when i broke up with her i told her we could get back together once she got her license to come see me when im at school and got a job. a week later (3 weeks after original break up) she gets another bf but when she talks to me she acts like we are still to gether so im not talking to her what should i do
