Should we adopt this dog?

We are adopting a dalmation, Malachi we named him. And we went dow. Their to sort everything out and to take him home, and when we went to get him, he was cuddled up with another dalmation. They said that's his brother, who was adopted & returned again because he was too nervous. I am thinking of adopting his brother too. Would it be nice because they get along so well. We have a dog at home, and he came to meet Malachi (And the other nameless dog) and they got along great. So no problems their. Malachi is for my fianc�s sister (We have Custody). And maybe the other dog could be for her brother as an early birthday gift too. And we'll help them to take care of them.
