Comparing: is the spiritual healing provided for the brokenhearted the same type as for the faithful?

It does not sound to me like the quote from Malachi says anything about spiritual healing....just healing. Granted, I do think that it refers to physical healing given the rest of the passage but I also think they both represent the healing of spirit and body that is available to us from Jesus.
