VW Jetta Air Conditioner Question???? PLZ Help!?

I have a 2007 Jetta 2.5 liter auto. Other than the 2.5 engine, it is just a base model. I have always had problems with the air conditioner in this car so I don't know what is considered normal as far as like a factory standard. Anyway, I recently had the A/C system rebuilt, by the dealer, covered under an extended warranty. I feel like even after the rebuild, the A/C is not working properly because the car does not cool down as much as other cars do. However, I have a black car in Arizona where the high today was 110 degrees. After thirty minutes of driving and my A/C being on full blast, I would estimate a cabin temperature of about 80 degrees or more. Is this normal? I have tried cracking the windows while parked, sun shades, parking in the shade, recirculating air button, etc. Plz help? Ty!
